For Investors
At Good Finance, we rely on social investors to update and maintain their profile and active funds, ensuring our users get quick and easy connections to those most suited to their requirements.
As of 2025, Good Finance has improved the functionality of our directories to make it easier for investors to request a profile, edit profiles or funds and add a case study.
What’s new?
- If you’re interested in applying for a social investment listing you can do so quickly and easily via a quick online form.
- If you’re already a listing owner, you’ll be able to submit a case study directly, with options to update your profile and listing also front and centre on your log-in homepage.
- As a directory listing owner, you’ll receive automated email reminders to review your profile and ensure all the information is accurate and up to date. These will be triggered after periods of inactivity on your profile.
Who is eligible to list via the Investor Directory?
Great question! If you’re a social investor offering repayable finance to charities, social enterprises and community organisations, you might want to list your organisation via the directory.
In a nutshell, you must…
- Have demonstrable impact of social investment or related work on your website (e.g. example investments, case studies, news etc.)
- Have a live page showing funds OR explanation of your social investment activity on your website with clear linkage or search criteria from your home page
- Agree to display the Good Finance logo on your website where relevant to help cross-market the site and redirect charities/social enterprises
- Provide a key contact and a willingness to upload and maintain your own listing
You can read the full criteria document here but do let us know if you have any questions or would like to discuss your circumstances in more detail.
I’m a social investor – where do I sign up?
Once you have read the criteria document, you can fill out this quick form to submit your listing inquiry.
It might be helpful to check out the listing guidance document ahead of going through this process.
The form is split out into 4 key sections and should take no longer than 10-minutes to complete:
- Contact details: the phone number you’d like organisations to contact you on, your email address, the website link for your oragnisation and the name of the best point of contact for organisations.
- Bio: The text that actually makes up your profile, including a one-line intro and the main body of your listing (up to 150 words).
- Investment details: the regions your organisation covers or provides finance to (please only select UK-wide if there are no geographic restrictions), the amounts your organisation can lend, the financial products available and any key focus social issue areas.
- Criteria: Confirming your eligibility to list and providing evidence where required of social investment activity on your website.
Once you have completed this form, it will take some time for the team here at Good Finance to review and approve your listing. We’re aiming to turn around profiles within two weeks, but this is not guaranteed – please email info@goodfinance.org.uk if you’d like an update on your profile.
Once approved, you’ll be provided with log-in details and more information on how to manage your profile.
