New roles available at Good Finance!

We're looking for a Learning Advisor and a Content Creator to help us with our User Voice project

Good Finance is a collaborative project that improves access to information on social investment. Our mission is to be the single trusted source of information on social investment for charities and social enterprises.

We aim to achieve this by:

Improving knowledge on social investment, what it is, what it can be used for and the journey and process it requires
Enabling organisations to make informed decisions, based on their needs and situation, not on embedded attitudes
Helping connect organisations to the right investors based on shared values

In addition to our digital platform, we run regional events and provide online learning opportunities.

In 2023, Good Finance turns reached the milestone of 500,000 unique users – and we have ambitious targets for the next stage of our growth. We are on the lookout for new people to join us and help us deliver on our mission this year.

Uncovering User Voice: The Project

User Voice is a free interactive e-learning course for people in the social investment and social impact sectors who want to deepen their understanding of user voice principles and methods and how they apply in decision making, fund design and fund management.

It takes a blended approach to learning with a combination of 5 self-guided modules, that are cohort and tutor supported though virtual meetups.

The Roles

User Voice Content Creator

Good Finance, in partnership with Big Society Capital, is looking to contract an independent consultant or freelance individual specialising in managing and developing e-learning content, including videos, presentation slides, quizzes and reflection activities.

Ideally you will have a strong understanding of the charity, social enterprise and social investment sectors and content creation skills, especially video editing and Canva slide creation.

Key information

Role type: Independent consultant or Freelance
Location: London based, open to remote and hybrid working arrangements
Remuneration: £150 - £200 day rate
Number of days per week to be agreed and may be flexible depending on the project plan and timings

User Voice Learning Advisor

Good Finance, in partnership with Big Society Capital, is looking to contract an independent consultant or freelance individual specialising in user voice. We’re looking for someone with experience of delivering training on user voice and implementing user voice projects alongside an appreciation of different methodologies and channels of presentation.

Ideally you will have a strong understanding of the charity, social enterprise and social investment sectors and subject matter expertise of user voice principles and practices.
