Livv Investment

We’re part of the Livv Housing Group, so we’ve got years of experience working with the voluntary and social sector in the North West, where generating social value is at the heart of everything we do.

We provide flexible, unsecured, blended capital with wraparound support for social businesses, voluntary organisations and charities across the North West. The fund looks to enable charities and social enterprises to grow, sustain and succeed. We provide pre-application and post-investment support for the life of the investment.

We are also an Access Point for a grant programme that offers support to help charities and social enterprises become ‘investment ready’. We work with you to identify your needs, develop an ‘investment readiness’ plan and apply for the grant.

Most recently we have started offering investment loans which provide capital support to social businesses at an early stage in their growth.
