Challenge

Think2Speak understand all people are different and it’s something to embrace and celebrate. Their mission is to empower people to be confident communicators, to equip people with knowledge and skills to enrich their own and others' lives. They work with thousands of children, young people and professionals across the UK to give them skills to have conversations and communicate better with each other.

Revenue Model

They work in partnership with organisations to seek solutions to problems encountered by young people. Their expert teams are specialists in wellbeing and mental health, LGBT+ inclusion, relationships and sex education. They work with organisations such as the NHS, Lincolnshire County Council and Lincolnshire Autistic Society to provide a range of awareness training workshops and counselling services.

Impact

Since Think2Speak’s launch in 2015, their work has empowered more than 14,500 people to have conversations that matter. They have 4,500+ trained professionals, worked with 10,000+ children and young people in 15+ projects.
