Our aim is to reduce social inequalities and improve lives. We do this by empowering communities and community organisations. We always place people at the centre of our work, and always work using co-production.

Much of what we do is about developing and supporting the social economy, from helping community organisations to survive, to incubating and developing new groups, and supporting social businesses to thrive. We help organisations become viable, more sustainable, and investment ready.
