Co-operative and Community Finance is a lender for social purpose lending to ethical businesses since 1973.

We exclusively serve the co-operative and social enterprise sector, and for over 40 years we have supported hundreds of businesses ranging from small community‑run enterprises to large award‑winning organisations.

We provide loan finance to a range of organisations and community businesses that are democratically controlled by their members - usually either employees, customers or members of a community.

Our finance is tailored to the needs of individual enterprises and is provided for a range of purposes, including purchasing a property, employee buyouts and working capital.
